NICHOLAS BOBB and KEONA PADGETT have recently joined the Reminger firm. Nicholas deals in matters involving commercial and corporate litigation, professional liability, oil and gas leases, as well as estate and business planning. Keona practices in a variety of areas, including medical malpractice, employment litigation, governmental liability, and general casualty.

FRANK P. DARR of McNees Wallace & Nurick has been elected to the University of Akron Honors College Alumni Board, to serve on the executive committee as a member-at-large for the 2014-15 year. He is a member of the firm’s energy, communications and utility law practice group.

After peer review, the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals has conferred membership on FRANK A. RAY, the 15th Ohio lawyer to achieve this honor. The Academy describes itself as "a professional association whose membership consists of attorneys distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution and by their commitment to methods of alternative dispute resolution." Mr. Ray is a past-president of the Columbus Bar and of the Columbus Bar Foundation.
