PREP Bankruptcy - February Classes
The twelve week PREP series continues its focus on bankruptcy with classes offered in February beginning with “Adversaries” – exceptions to discharge, drafting and defending proceedings domestic relations and bankruptcy. “Chapter 7” includes drafting petitions using a hypothetical, overcoming challenges, and dealing with the Chapter 7 Trustee. “Chapter 13” provides an overview of code provisions, duties of the Trustee, and rights and powers of the Debtor.
Judith M. McInturff, organizer of the series will be joined by expert instructors, Sarah Williams (Judith M. McInturff Co.); Amy L. Bostic (Of Counsel, Luper Neidenthal & Logan); Pamela Arndt (Ofc. of the U.S. Trustee); Jeffrey P. Norman (Standing Chapter 13 Trustee, Southern Dist. Ohio, Eastern Div.); and John W. Kennedy (Staff Attorney for Jeffrey P. Norman).
