News from the Franklin County Law Librarian

by Angela Baldree

The Law Library is in the process of updating our audio visual collection. We are replacing many of our old VHS tapes with new DVDs. As with most of our audio visual collection, these DVDs are available to be checked out for a two-week period to anyone with a Franklin County Law Library card. At this time we have added “Advanced Cross-Examination Techniques,” “The Effective Advocate Training Program: Arbitration Advocacy, Selecting and Preparing the Expert Witness and Preparing the Lay Witness for Deposition.” The DVDs are on display and are ready to be checked out now. If you have any suggestions for purchases by the library, feel free to contact us and let us know. Make sure to continue looking for other new products being added to the collection in the future.

Attorneys can obtain a card by coming to the Library and showing identification and an Ohio Supreme Court Bar Number. The Library is located in the Municipal Court Building, 375 South High Street, 6th floor. The Library is open from 8am until 5pm, Monday through Friday.
