This year’s Institute offers an extraordinary panel of presenters covering a myriad of issues, timely and historic. Condominium law, agricultural easements, legacy trusts, air rights, winning over planning commissions, the consumer financial protection, oil and gas/shale.
The seminar will cover the duties of the Franklin County Engineer’s Office and a case study of the Upper Arlington/Lane Avenue development. The program has been approved for 10.0 CLE hours, including 1 hour ethics. (Also approved for 6.5 hours OSBA Business, Commercial
and Industrial Real Property Law Certification, 1.25 hours Residential Real Property Law Certification, 8 hours Real Estate, 9 hours Appraisal, and 11.0 credits (Title) Insurance).
