To continue to provide quality continuing legal education for family law practitioners; to work with the court to improve the delivery of legal services by the court; to increase membership diversity, inclusiveness, and participation; and to increase the provision of legal services to the poor.

A Message from the Practice Group Chair
Thank you for visiting the CBA Family Law Practice Group page! Our practice group meets on the second Monday of the month at noon via Zoom to discuss a wide range of topics affecting the family law community. Topics of interest range from changes in the law, discussions with judges, new programs and/or program updates, etc. I encourage everyone to attend our meetings – whether you are a seasoned practitioner, newly admitted to the bar, or a law student interested in family law! Please feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions for topics you would like to see covered.
